Convex, Inc.

Purpose: Application database and backend functions
Data involved: Customer accounts, workspace configuration, pseudonymous analytics events, aggregate metrics, and audit records

Hetzner Online GmbH

Purpose: Production application hosting
Data involved: Encrypted application traffic, request metadata, and short lived operational logs

Okta, Inc. through Auth0

Purpose: Customer authentication and account security
Data involved: Customer name, email address, authentication identity, and session security data

Stripe, Inc.

Purpose: Subscription billing, invoices, and payment management
Data involved: Customer contact details, billing identifiers, subscription status, invoices, and payment method metadata

Optional customer integrations

RevenueCat, Adapty, and Superwall send events to AppMetricsKit only when a customer configures the corresponding integration. Each customer maintains its own relationship with those providers.

Changes

AppMetricsKit will update this page when the production subprocessor set changes. DPA customers may contact support@appmetricskit.com to request notice of material additions.

International transfers

A provider may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where required, AppMetricsKit relies on an adequacy decision, Standard Contractual Clauses, or another lawful transfer safeguard.
